HL7 logo

HL7 - CSW participates in a number of ac, activities within HL7, both in the UK Affiliate organization and internationally. For further details, click here.

Intellect logo

Intellect - CSW participates in the Healthcare, Government and Justice (JESICA) groups within IntellectUK, including membership of the IntellectUK advisory panel to the Local eGovernment Standards Body.

XML UK logo

XMLUK - CSW is an active member of XML UK - the United Kingdom chapter of the International SGML/XML Users' Group (ISUG), whose objective is to share information and experience concerning the use of XML and related standards.

OASIS logo

OASIS - CSW is an active member of the Organisation for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS) is a standards body responsible for ebXML and other XML related industry standards.

OMG logo

Object Management Group (OMG) - CSW is a member of OMG and participates actively in the joint HL7/OMG Healthcare Services Specification Project. This project is an international initiative to develop service-oriented standards for interoperability between Electronic Health Record systems.

ISO/IEC JTC1 SC34 - CSW has participated in this committee over many years playing a leading role in the development of ISO 13250 Topic Maps and is currently convenor of the Working Group developing the ISO harmonizing standard for XML schema languages, DSDL.
