Richard Stone - Chairman, Non-executive
Richard Stone, previously on the UK board of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has a wealth of experience derived from working with over 150 companies of differing size and covering a spectrum of industries. His breadth of knowledge and experience provides a further dimension to the strategic development of the CSW Group. In addition to his role with CSW, Richard is a non-executive Director Halma Plc and TR Property Investment Trust and Garmore Global Trust. Richard is also Chairman of Shearings Group Ltd and Drambuie Limited, and is also an advisor to Simmons & Simmons.

John V Chelsom - Director, Non-executive
John V Chelsom is a non-executive Director of CSW Group Ltd. He has developed a wealth of experience in business through over forty years working for British Steel, Clifford Thames Group and Ford Motor Company, where he retired as Director of Purchasing for Ford of Europe in 1991. From 1991 to 1996 John was Professor of Engineering Management at City University, London, and continued as Visiting Professor there until 2001.

Stewart Newton - Director, Non-executive
Stewart Newton is non-executive Chairman of the Real Return Holdings Company Limited, an investment group focused on real and absolute returns. Stewart is also a non-executive director of HSBC Holdings plc and sits on the Investment Committee of The Wellcome Trust. Stewart was the founder of Newton Investment Management Limited, from which he retired in 2002.

John J Chelsom - Managing Director
John Chelsom is Managing Director of CSW Group Ltd. John founded CSW in 1989 and has led the development of the company since 1993. Previously he worked as an X-Ray Engineer in hospitals in the South East of England and as a software developer and project manager for a leading vendor of numerical analysis software. He holds a degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and gained a PhD from City University for work on the application of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.

Debbie Hagger - Clinical Director
Debbie Hagger has worked within the NHS for over twenty years in a wide variety of care settings. She was an early adopter of Care Pathways and seized the opportunity to pioneer the first Electronic Patient Record programme afforded for operational health care services. She went on to lead National Projects for her Trust which created an integrated care record for all the Trust's services, which still stands today as the only Trust to have achieved a fully implemented, multi-professional, patient-focused care planning system. She is an active clinician in the NPfIT programme and helps determine CSW Case Notes functionality.

Gareth Hudson - Company Secretary
Before joining CSW in March 1998, Gareth Hudson was Company Secretary for a leading vendor of numerical analysis software, where he was part of a management team reporting to the Board. He holds an honours degree in Finance, Management and Business Administration and has developed broad knowledge and experience in company administration, employee relations and HR issues, property management, pensions and insurance.

Alan Jones - Business Development Director
Alan is a specialist in clinical EPR and EHR systems with wide experience across all areas of medical and social care informatics. Before joining CSW, Alan was Director of Information and IT at Winchester and Eastleigh NHS Trust where he achieved the overall National winner for 'Best use of IT in the Health Service'. This also promoted Winchester into an EPR exemplar site status as one of only three EPR demonstrators in the UK. He has previously held senior positions in Social Services, NATO and the Royal Navy.

Dave Nurse - Technical Director
Dave Nurse holds a Fellowship in Clinical Biochemistry and an MSc in Medical Informatics from the University of Wales College of Medicine. Dave's thesis was on the application of Hypertext systems for clinical support information. Dave is a specialist in all areas of medical informatics including the application of web based systems and clinical messaging across healthcare enterprises, for which he won a national Healthcare Information Management award. Dave is a member of the Health Level Seven (HL7) UK Board and has published numerous papers on medical informatics topics.
